'Shop Pay Installments' offers the option to pay for orders in installments at checkout, both online and in store. Orders from $50 USD to $17,500 USD are eligible for installments payments.

Customers can choose between the following installment payment options at checkout:

• Four, biweekly, interest-free payments, for orders from $50 USD to $999.99 USD.
• Monthly payments for orders from $150 USD to $17,500 USD. Monthly installment orders are interest-bearing from 10 to 36% APR, and may be paid in three, six, or twelve months depending on the purchase amount.

For purchases over $17,500, you can send an inquiry to rhiannonenglert.art@gmail.com with your desired item(s) for which you'd like to arrange a payment plan.  The specific terms will be discussed via email. Items on payment plans will be reserved with a deposit for the agreed-upon time frame, and will be shipped once the full payment is collected.

Rhiannon is not currently accepting commissions. She has several specific goals in sight as she works to evolve her art business, and this requires taking a step back from commission requests. Please be sure to join her mailing list (in the footer of this page) and you'll be the first to hear when commission slots open again!

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS & LIMITED EDITION PRINTS We will do our best to expedite every order, but please allow up to 2-3 weeks for originals and limited editions to be shipped. These items are individually handled by the artist and packaged with care, and some originals may require drying time if recently finished. Please email the artist at rhiannonenglert.art@gmail.com to discuss options if your order needs to be rushed.

OPEN EDITION PRINTS Production times are dependent upon media, styling, and framing selections, but orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days after the order has been placed. Shipping time is dependent on destination and type of shipping purchased.

• FREE Shipping over $100! For all orders with a cart total of $100 or more (excluding any gift cards purchased), standard shipping will be free of charge.
• Expedited shipping is available for an extra charge. If you're unable to select expedited shipping at checkout, please email rhiannonenglert.art@gmail.com immediately after submitting your order to place your request.

Shipping Outside of the Contiguous US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests

• APO shipping is charged regular rates as displayed at checkout.
• Requests for shipping outside of the contiguous United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost. Rates will vary and will be displayed at checkout.
• We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
• Shipping Quotes are available for orders shipping to international destinations, or for large orders. Please contact us at rhiannonenglert.art@gmail.com with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.

Shipping times range from 1-7 business days, but may be subject to unforeseen carrier delays. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. 

OPEN EDITION PRINTS These are high quality reproductions of original artwork printed on fine art paper, gallery-wrapped canvas, acrylic, metal, or wood, with premium pigment-based archival inks using a high-resolution large format inkjet printer. Open edition prints are not signed or numbered by the artist and are not limited to a maximum number of reproductions when artist makes them available. When ordering an open edition print on this website, your print order will be fulfilled by a trusted third party print-on-demand partner, and shipped directly to you.

LIMITED EDITION PRINTS These are high quality reproductions of original artwork printed on fine art paper, gallery-wrapped canvas, acrylic, metal, or wood, with premium pigment-based archival inks using a high-resolution large format inkjet printer. Limited edition prints are hand-signed and numbered by the artist, come with a signed certificate of authenticity, and are limited to a maximum number of reproductions predetermined by the artist, all which increase the value of each print. These types of prints will only be available at specific times, for specific artwork, and with specific sizing, media, and styling options. When available, they will appear on a separate 'limited edition' tab within the product page, separate from the Open Edition Prints tab. When ordering a limited edition print on this website, your print order will be fulfilled directly by the artist.

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS All paintings (unless otherwise specified in the product description) are created on heavy duty, archival-quality natural cotton canvases which are gallery wrapped on a professionally-constructed frame which consists of 1.5" profile kiln-dried stretcher bars. Professional/artist-grade oil and acrylic paints, as well as other high quality mixed media materials, are used to ensure high pigmentation, rich colors, and lightfastness. Original paintings are hand-signed by the artist and come with a signed certificate of authenticity. All paintings will be protected with a layer of Gamblin's Gamvar varnish and will come ready to hang (with the exception of a few paintings done on paper). When ordering an original painting on this website, your order will be fulfilled directly by the artist.

MERCHANDISE This consists of products such as apparel, household items, and gift items which are customized with printed representations of the artist's work, based on how the artist designs the images to fit each product. When ordering merchandise on this website, your order may either be fulfilled by a trusted third party print-on-demand partner and shipped directly to you, or in certain circumstances, special merchandise runs may be fulfilled and shipped directly from the artist.

• We do our utmost to ensure that your products are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
  
• Therefore, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns unless products arrive damaged or defective (more info below).
  
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please keep all packaging and contact rhiannonenglert.art@gmail.com with your order number for further instructions about a potential replacement or refund. You may be asked to send photographs of the damaged product and packaging, and if damage is not apparent in photos, you may be asked to return the damaged item to the artist with shipping costs being at your own expense.

Only orders that have not yet gone into production or shipment can be cancelled. Typically, orders go into production the next business day, but sometimes the same business day depending on order time. Please contact us as soon as possible by texting (785) 289-8198 or by emailing rhiannonenglert.art@gmail.com if you need to cancel your order to discuss options and next steps.

In the event that an order needs to be cancelled prior to production, or refunded due to damage, processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
