RETURNS & REFUNDS
- We do our utmost to ensure that your products are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
- Therefore, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns unless products arrive damaged or defective (more info below).
- Possible exceptions: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please keep all packaging and contact rhiannonenglert.art@gmail.com with your order number for further instructions about a potential replacement or refund. You may be asked to send photographs of the damaged product and packaging, and if damage is not apparent in photos, you may be asked to return the damaged item to the artist with shipping costs being at your own expense.
